Sniffy the Pup #5

In "Stormy Weather," Sniffy the pup encounters a mischievous character who causes a cloudburst while attempting to make rain, resulting in explosive consequences. After the chaos subsides, Sniffy dreams of various career paths—including being a boxer champ, running for president, and becoming a soldier—before being awakened by a crying baby in need of a playmate. A dog catcher then pursues Sniffy, leading to a chase that ends when Sniffy is rescued by a larger dog who fights off the catcher, after which Sniffy makes peace with his unlikely ally.
