Sniffy the Pup #7

Sniffy the Pup encounters a lifeboat at sea containing pirate treasure and sells it to a man in a top hat for fifty dollars. After being dropped off at home with his newfound wealth, Sniffy buys a book on "Good Advice" at the library and attempts to return a borrowed book, but the librarian mistakes the advice book for the one he borrowed. Later, Sniffy encounters Willy Weasel in the woods and is chased by a fierce polar bear, which Sniffy and his friends must work together to escape from.
