When the Atlanteans face extinction due to a cooling ocean, Captain Small, Huey, and Robert Crane help restore their failing city by harnessing the submarine’s atomic engines. As Shar-La prepares to marry Crane, tensions rise when Elder Valyon stirs rebellion. Sy Moskowitz handles both pencils and inks for the interior, while Steve Ditko delivers the striking cover art.
