Space Adventures #24 This issue contains at least two stories. The lead story follows a rocket launch observed by military officials and a reporter, with the successful missile launch later reported in the news as "Earth People Launch Powerful Missiles." A second story, "The Metallic Visitor," takes place at Zanzibar Studios during the filming of a science-fiction movie about robots, where a mechanical robot outfit is being tested for use in scenes. A third story depicts a spaceman stranded on an alien planet who encounters hostile indigenous creatures, including a horned bull-like beast and smaller furry creatures that ultimately save his life, leading him to ponder whether this alien world harbors dominant intelligent life-forms.
