Space Commander Kerry #51

"The Threat Countered by Space Commander Steve Kerry" follows Commander Kerry and his lieutenants Rick Shaw and Tubby Low as they combat a mysterious threat to London originating from the planet Lystor. After discovering that Kuorig agents are using flashes of energy directed at Earth from a reflector post, Kerry and his team clear a Lystor base, recover a captured Kuorig device, and launch a grenade at the reflector to neutralize the threat. The story culminates in a tense rescue operation where Kerry uses an auto-flying belt and landing jets to retrieve the Kuorig weapon while narrowly escaping the destruction of the reflector post and returning safely to the patrol-ship.
