Sparkler Comics #63 This anthology issue features two main stories. "Hap Hopper, Washington Correspondent" depicts political intrigue as Hap helps a jailed man named Fox escape prison with plans to reach Washington and prevent O'Dey's Senate confirmation appointment, culminating in a chase scene where Hap boards an airplane headed to the capital, to be continued in the next issue.
