Sparkling Stars #9

This is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. One story follows government agents investigating counterfeiters who steal watermarked government printing paper to produce fake ration coupons; the agents use microscopic analysis of ink and type to identify the forged coupons and stop the theft operation. Another story, titled "Hell's Angels," depicts American soldiers in a guerrilla camp during wartime who discover a traitor in their midst and must identify which soldier is working with the Japanese. A third story features a female athlete named Speed competing in basketball, where she scores multiple baskets and makes spectacular plays to lead her S.M.A. team to a 6-2 victory over the Ovington Men's team.
