Sparky Watts #2

Sparky Watts uses his superpowers to rescue a sunken submarine and its crew from the ocean floor, then reunites with his wife Sue, who had believed him dead but mysteriously reappeared after being lost at sea. When Sparky learns that Sue had married another man named Hotchkiss during their separation, he is initially dismayed; however, Sue explains that she slipped away one night and returned before Hotchkiss awoke. The issue concludes with Sparky and Sue reunited and planning to marry, while Sparky receives a long-distance telephone call that interrupts their celebration.
