This issue is an anthology featuring multiple stories. The cover story "Steve Saunders: Special Agent" depicts a bank vault robbery investigation based on true FBI cases. "T-Man: Michael Trigger" presents "Diamonds Over the Moon," in which an undercover T-Man named Tiny Peders convinces criminal Skit Narco that he is part of a world-wide diamond smuggling ring; when Narco is arrested, Peders receives a slip of paper to pass to the crime boss in San Francisco, allowing him to maintain his undercover role. The issue also includes "Official Story of the FBI: Breaking of the Largest Spy Ring in U.S. History" (Installment IV), documenting the pre-Pearl Harbor Nazi espionage network and its dismantling by the FBI, as well as an additional story featuring a search operation in the Everglades involving G-Men pursuing a kidnapper.
