Startling Comics #36

The issue features "The Fighting Yank," a masked superhero who confronts enemy agents and criminals at an Ace Jewelry store, engaging in combat with spies and saboteurs. A secondary story, "Horse Sense" by Neal Douglas, follows young Larry Palmer of the Leaning P Ranch as he trains his pony "Count" for rodeo competitions while dealing with horse thieves and outlaws, ultimately using his trained horse and quick wits to capture the criminals and recover stolen animals.
