An adaptation of H. Rider Haggard's "She," this comic follows an expedition up an African river where the explorers discover a massive stone head and encounter a mysterious White Queen. When one of their party, Leo, is wounded by a spear, the White Queen appears and mysteriously aids their escape, walking across a chasm with a smile on her lips. As the group attempts to return across the dangerous terrain, a falling plank sends one of the men plummeting into the abyss below.
