An anthology issue containing four stories: "The Rope Hand" features men fighting to protect their property from robbery and suspicion, with Straight Arrow responding to trouble in a valley where masked men are stealing fence sections; "The Fence Stealers" depicts the theft of a corral fence and Straight Arrow's confrontation with the thieves; "Man with a Scar" involves Red Hawk playing pranks on Long-Suffering Cheyennes and discovering a warrior being held captive; and "Doom Trails the Treasure Seekers" shows Red Hawk being dropped in a pool by the chief in a moment of rage after mistakenly striking the chief's wife.
