Strange Fantasy #14 Synopsis This anthology issue contains at least two stories: one following a man named George who pursues an occupation involving rope work and dreams of hanging a woman before his retirement, meeting a grim end at the gallows; and another detective story in which police investigate a mysterious female corpse discovered on the nineteenth floor of an office building in the Scriber Building, with detectives puzzling over how the body arrived at that location.
