This anthology issue contains three horror tales. "Hand of Fate" is set on Denmark's foggy moors, where a young man's heart is stopped and he is killed by no human hands. "The Man Who Lost His Shadow" follows a man who falls asleep wrapped in sheepskin on the moor and awakens to find an unearthly threat. "Sisters of the Witch" involves an ancient book of witchcraft and a storm-bound island, where guests at a tiny inn become caught between supernatural forces and a twisted game that results in horror and death.
