Strange Worlds #7 is an anthology containing at least two stories. "Space-Gods of Planetoid 50" follows Space Lieutenant Dav Fallon aboard Space Station 1, where he must contend with a Venusian rebellion led by Commander Slar Kan, who has incited the crew to mutiny and threatens to use the station to attack Earth cities. "The Man Who Fought the World" tells of Halran Ammo, a thousand-year-old mutant born with supernatural powers, whom society calls a madman and monster despite his desire to help humanity, and his struggle against those who fear and reject him.
