"The Penguin Patrol Go for a Train Ride" follows penguin characters boarding a crowded train with chaotic results, featuring numerous dialogue-driven gags as they interact with other passengers and conductors. "My Pal Wagger" tells of a boy named Ned who encounters a shaggy dog called Wagger in the woods near a river, discovering that an old man named Soapy Sponge rescued the dog after Ned fell in the water, leading to an explanation of the dog's origins and history. "Wild Bill Hickok and the Mountain Miner" is a Western adventure in which Wild Bill rescues an unconscious man from a buffalo stampede and rainstorm, later discovering the man is actually a prospector seeking gold in the mountains.
