Sun Comic #130 is an anthology featuring several stories: "Buck Tones, Fighting Sheriff in The Rock Valley Raiders," in which crook Jake Harman and his foreman Lefty Dugan flee from Buck Jones after their plane fails, leading to a confrontation at a supply train loaded with gold; "Sailor Sam and the Magic Collar Stud," a comedic adventure where Sailor Sam and his clockwork chum encounter a magical wood and a wizard; "Hal Hotspur," in which the captured hero Hal Hotspur is rescued by his servant Alain, who sets a trap for the villain Fitz-Stephen and leads the bandit chief into an ambush; and "King of the Wild Horses," featuring a prince on horseback who rescues a young girl from an avalanche and later helps a boy named Tom. The issue also includes puzzle features and advertisements.
