This anthology issue contains three stories: "Rookies at Hooky" by Jed Duncan, in which a truant officer chases two young students through the woods; "Ashes and Paints" by Bill Brown featuring Junior accidentally getting paint on himself while working on a building; and an untitled story in which Sunny invites her friend Teddy to a Rotary Club dinner, leading to complications when Teddy's mother insists on attending as well, ultimately resulting in Teddy and his mother being invited to Sunny's home for dinner instead.
