"The Cockeyed Wonder" follows Super Duck as he encounters Professor Hy Voltage, a charlatan circus performer claiming to be "the man who generates bolts of electricity," whom Duck becomes entangled with after attending a circus show. When the Professor attempts to scam Duck out of money by proposing a taxi ride scheme, Duck agrees, leading to a comedic adventure where the Professor's electrical claims are put to the test. The story involves Duck trying to see through the Professor's con while various slapstick mishaps ensue, including ice baths, frozen situations, and a wild taxi journey through the city.
