The organization secretly hires the famed trouble-shooter Jim Blake to operate covertly as the "United Nations Trouble-Shooter." In the opening adventure, Blake confronts dangerous criminals at a Vienna address (34 Weiserhaven Strasse), where he battles villains and rescues a woman named Eva from their clutches. The story continues with Blake investigating a kidnapping case involving Jack Rothwell, heir to one of the country's wealthiest families, leading to a tense confrontation at Dangerfield mansion.
