Supermouse #1

Supermouse solves a mystery involving missing peace treaty documents that have disappeared from City Hall, with spies blamed for the theft. The mayor presents Supermouse with a silver cup of appreciation, but criminals plot to capture the hero by disguising themselves as police officers. Supermouse outwits the criminals' scheme, and later encounters a dog criminal who attempts various tricks to catch him, including framing him for operating an unlicensed laundry machine, ultimately failing in his efforts to defeat the world's greatest mouse.
