An anthology issue containing three romance stories. "A Stranger on the Road" involves an air race where a young man's girlfriend grows jealous of his commitment to flying and ultimately leaves him, realizing the line between happiness and tragedy is easily crossed. "Bitter Betrayal" depicts a woman named Jane who discovers her boyfriend Ken has been secretly seeing another woman and ends their relationship in anger. "My Kind of Man" follows a woman named Nora who becomes involved in a debate over urban development when a Marine Society chairman proposes demolishing old quarter buildings to construct a community center, and she reconnects with an old acquaintance named Jean Rocteau at a social gathering.
