T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents #18 The issue features "A Matter of Life and Death" starring Menthor, in which the agent battles a saber-tooth tiger and dinosaur in a Roman coliseum setting while a mysterious conqueror watches from above. After Menthor defeats the creatures, his weapon is taken away, forcing him to rely on a special belt to overcome his opponent in hand-to-hand combat. A second story follows an agent pursuing enemies across a snowy landscape, discovering they are being controlled by a robot; the agent uses karate techniques to stop the threat before the robot walks off a cliff with its controller.
