T-Man tracks down a dangerous spy operative named Gurik, who possesses secret plans for "Project Blowups" and carries a passport to visit the United States. While pursuing Gurik across international waters aboard a luxury liner, T-Man discovers that a woman named Marlene—a trick-shot artist performing at a circus—is connected to the case as either an accomplice or target of the spy ring known as "The Purger." Racing against time through the streets of Paris, T-Man works to prevent the Purger from eliminating witnesses and obtaining the classified military plans before it's too late.
