T.V. Picture Stories 8 - Robin Hood #1

In "The Moneylender," Robin Hood and Edgar execute a plan to deceive a suspicious moneylender named Hawkins into believing Robin's story by staging an ambush in the forest. When the moneylender becomes cautious about lending money and reveals he carries a full purse, Robin and his men are recognized as the outlaws of Sherwood Forest. As outlaws attempt to capture an old man named John and his sons by roping them to a tree, Robin detects the trap through the sound of snapping twigs and scattered bushes, allowing him to rescue the captives from the abandoned wagon where he had taken cover.
