Tales of the Mysterious Traveler #12

This anthology issue contains two stories featuring the Mysterious Traveler's supernatural interventions. In the first tale, a man named Simms experiences a vivid dream where he is picked up and manipulated by unseen forces, only to awaken and discover the Traveler has been watching over him, revealing that Simms has been given strange powers and must learn to use them for mankind's benefit. The second story follows Johnny Layton, who receives a mysterious package that grants him the ability to control vehicles remotely; when he attempts to use this power for personal gain, the Traveler intervenes to show him the error of his ways, leaving Johnny helpless in a ditch as a lesson in humility.
