This anthology issue contains three distinct stories: a rescue adventure in which a character named Gary is washed overboard into rough seas and must be saved by someone named Zalo who swims out to him; "The Target and the Targeteers," in which a police chief confronts the costumed hero team about a smuggling case involving opium at the border and requests their assistance; and "Heathcliff the Hobo," a comedic story about a vagrant hobo who encounters a fruit vendor and steals fruit, leading to a chase and confrontation about the nature of robbery.
