Teen Timers #4 is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. "The Tattooed Hand" is a Western mystery in which a sheriff brings a prisoner named Hal Martin to trial for murder, but a woman named Marybeth provides crucial evidence—a tattooed hand she witnessed—that reveals the true culprit and saves Hal's life, vindicating his innocence.
