Television Comics #8

A Willy Nilly story in which the puppet and his friend Chick become entangled in a chaotic series of misadventures involving escaped elephants, a beauty contest, and a construction site. After Bobo (another character) goes missing, Willy Nilly attempts to help but is disqualified from a contest by a judge for his conduct, leading to further mishaps including collisions and near-disasters around dangerous construction equipment and a highway. The story culminates with the arrival of Mr. Turner, a construction foreman, as the chaos continues to unfold.
