Terry recounts his first encounter with the Dragon Lady, during which he was caught with evidence by authorities and forced to flee in a car driven by the Dragon Lady herself. On the Dragon Lady's junk, Terry is held captive while she schemes to sell him to Papa Pyzon, a criminal gang leader, but he manages to escape her plans to make money by selling seaplane designs. The issue also includes a "Boy Explorers" backup story in which Commodore Sindbad and his young explorers navigate to an Amazon island ruled by women and must complete their mission despite the unusual circumstances.
