The Adventures of Peter Wheat #28

When heavy rains wash out a bridge and prevent flour delivery to Sammy Sweet's bakery in the Land of the Sugar Bun, Peter Wheat and his friend Sammy encounter the Rock-Norse—tiny people no bigger than aphids—who are threatened by an evil member of their race named Thiagor seeking to seize the throne. Peter Wheat helps Chief Adur and the Rock-Norse fight off threats including a hungry otter, and works to prevent Thiagor from claiming power over their kingdom.
