The Adventures of Peter Wheat #52

Peter and Beetle visit the peaceful Joyful Valley to see Queen Pam, but a wizard uses his magic stick to render the Queen helpless and abducts her, planning to take over the Wheat Kingdom while they search for her. Peter and Beetle mount giant beetles to pursue the wizard, rescue Queen Pam mid-flight, and return her safely to Joyful Valley as the magic spell gradually wears off.
