The Adventures of Robin Hood #1

Robin Hood engages in a fierce combat with a stranger by a stream, their fight becoming legendary throughout England; after both prove themselves worthy warriors, they become allies. Robin and his men discover that a woman named Jane has been captured by the Sheriff of Wilkincroft, who has imprisoned her husband Jock at the castle and threatens to seize their land unless Jane surrenders to him. Robin Hood vows to rescue Jock and defeat the Sheriff's cruel schemes.
