The Atomic Thunderbolt #1

The Atomic Thunderbolt rescues a woman named Myrna from drowning after she survives an explosion at Professor Rhonnes' laboratory, bringing her aboard a nearby yacht. When the Chief questions why Thunderbolt saved her, he learns that criminals are after an atomic device and plan to steal it, forcing Myrna to help them. The hero must protect the atomic formula and stop the villains from obtaining the dangerous technology. In a subplot, two schoolboys skip class to explore the woods, where they encounter a salamander and are confronted by their teacher.
