Crime threatens America as The Flame battles a criminal racket. The superhero defeats a gang of armed thugs and engages in combat with their leader Von Kraupt and his men in a large-scale battle involving multiple adversaries. After emerging victorious, The Flame visits Doctor Harvey to express his gratitude for saving his life and protecting millions of others, before departing to aid other people in need.
