This issue features four stories: "The Finger of the Frozen Death," in which The Flame battles a mysterious threat involving unnatural cold and strange weather phenomena; "The Devil of the Deep," where The Flame confronts a villain planning to manipulate international diplomacy and gain control of South America by murdering diplomats and leaving calling cards at the U.S. Embassy; a story involving Japanese operatives attempting to capture secrets from an American military vessel, with a character named Ken fighting off attackers to protect classified information; and backup features "Voodoo Man" and "The Yank and the Rebel."
