The Horrors #1

"Terror Castle!" follows a criminal gang's elaborate scheme and subsequent downfall. The story begins with mobsters Harrigan, Dugan, and McGlone using a young informant to help them evade police by supplying fake license plates and inside information. After their capture, crime boss Rettich attempts a jailbreak, but the plan fails when police discover an abandoned truck with no fingerprints or clues. The narrative concludes with a hitchhiker picking up what he believes to be an injured woman on the road, only to discover too late that she is actually a dangerous gang member seeking to eliminate a witness, resulting in her shooting him and escaping in his vehicle.
