The Lone Rider #22

The Lone Rider, working with his Indian partner Bright Feather, investigates a false report that Bright Feather's tribe attacked soldiers and stole uniforms. After uncovering the truth—that renegades dressed as Indians committed the crimes to frame the tribe—the Rider helps Bright Feather's people escape while confronting the real culprits in a gunfight. The Rider manages to kill the leader of the outlaw band and later helps Colonel Moore understand that Bright Feather's tribe was innocent, though the Colonel regrets his initial suspicions.
