The Perfect Crime #15

This issue contains two crime stories. "There Is NO Perfect Crime!" follows Professor Enright, whose ex-employee Howie Carlson murders him, but Carlson's attempt to frame the crime fails when evidence surfaces; police Lieutenant Grimshaw and Detective Galt solve the case, and Carlson receives a life sentence. "Murder by Appointment" depicts gangster Smiley Cardoni's scheme to eliminate rival Joey in a car ambush, but Joey unexpectedly survives the shooting, and Smiley is killed in the resulting chaos, demonstrating the unpredictable nature of criminal enterprises.
