The Phantom Ranger #14

In "The Ghost Riders," the Phantom Ranger confronts a masked villain and his gang who operate from a saloon. A young woman named Ann becomes entangled in the conflict after the villain claims to be in love with her, forcing the Phantom Ranger to intervene to protect her. The story concludes with the villain and his men apparently falling or jumping from a cliff while attempting to escape the Phantom Ranger's pursuit.
