The Raven #7

In "The Raven's Revenge," the masked vigilante known as the Raven pursues a criminal enemy aboard a sinking ship, engaging in a dramatic escape over stormy seas. After the ship goes down, the Raven surfaces and escapes to the French Riviera, where he uses a cover identity to infiltrate a hotel in Cannes with the goal of apprehending Monsieur Merryvale. When French police attempt to stop him, the Raven convinces them he is after a wanted criminal and is permitted to continue his mission, though he must ultimately return to England in custody rather than abandon his pursuit of his nemesis.
