The Texan #13

This issue contains at least two stories. "Doublecross at Devil's Den" features the Texan confronting outlaws and violence in a desert setting. "Curse of the Thunder God" tells of the Peralta Brothers' gold strike in Mexican mountains near Phoenix, where they unknowingly violate Apache sacred grounds, leading to an avenging Apache attack; the story involves a character named Ramon and references to a hidden mine and murdered prospectors. A third story involving a cattle broker named Barlow and dealings with fugitives from Texas is also present in the issue.
