The Westerner Comics #28

Wild Bill Pecos joins a school for outlaws where he and his horse Widowmaker must survive a series of perilous tests, including a harrowing escape down a raging torrent. After proving himself through dangerous trials, Wild Bill is rescued by Widowmaker and emerges as the hero of the school. In a separate story, Wild Bill pursues the villainous Queen Cobra and her partner, who have murdered Nuggets and stolen a valuable map; Wild Bill defeats Queen Cobra in combat and recovers the map, thwarting their escape.
