An anthology featuring two supernatural tales: "The Tormented Justin" tells of a blind man named Justin Westrum who is haunted by the evil spirit of Mack Wilson, a murderer whose dragging footsteps torment Justin endlessly until Mack offers him a ride on a bus to the world of the dead. "The Blind, the Doomed, and the Dead" follows a woman named Anna who discovers a machine capable of bringing souls back from the dead, but the creature she encounters—a grotesque manifestation—warns her that she cannot stop it, ultimately forcing her and her companions Warren and Drasni into a nightmarish realm from which escape seems impossible.
