Three Rascals #1

Three stories appear in this issue. The first involves the Three Rascals attempting to help locate a "wiseguy" who shot an arrow at them, enlisting the aid of other children and eventually a policeman. "The Brain" tells of a young boy who has an idea to use an electric train to dry dishes, creating an elaborate contraption that nearly floods the house. The third story features the Three Rascals discovering their friend Kelly is sick and devising a plan to deliver pizza pie to the school, hoping it will cheer him up, though their scheme inadvertently damages the school's treasury.
