Thrilling Comics #35

Doc Strange encounters a sinister plot when he is captured by foreign agents who plan to destroy the Harkness Dam and flood six states, killing the President who is inspecting a new aircraft plant. Doc Strange uses his time-beam to travel beyond time and apprehend the villain Fenton, foiling the scheme. Meanwhile, "The Woman in Red" (Peggy Allen) aids in the investigation by donning a disguise to infiltrate the enemy operation and track down Nazi agents who have kidnapped two WAAC members and stolen military information.
