An anthology issue featuring multiple action adventures. The lead story, "Doc Strange," finds the hero battling Nazi agents who have kidnapped a woman named Jane and stolen an experimental bomb; Doc Strange must rescue her and stop their plot to destroy a hydro-electric plant and plane factories using super-mines. A secondary story, "The Time-Voyagers Return," shows characters recovering jewels from a criminal named Fenton in his laboratory. The issue also includes "The Lone Eagle," depicting a military pilot on convoy duty in a five-hundred-mile area who encounters action over the cowpatch.
