Doc Strange, a patriotic defender of democracy, battles enemy agents and Professor Masters who have developed an invisibility formula and plan to set a time bomb in a tank. After a series of firefights and chases involving Doc Strange, a woman in a red dress, and various G-Men and guards, the villain's plot is thwarted when Doc Strange pursues them by plane, ultimately saving the day in a daring aerial confrontation while racing against time to prevent catastrophe.
