After learning that the Tongs were once powerful but then reformed into a legitimate organization, Thunderbolt infiltrates their lair where he encounters their evil leader conducting a sinister ritual. The villain attempts to eliminate Thunderbolt, but the hero battles his way free and defeats the Tong's malevolent plans.
