Tick Tock Tales is an anthology containing at least two stories: a story about a mouse character who attempts to smuggle a cake into prison Cell 13 by disguising it as a special delivery, only to have his elaborate plan foiled when the warden intercepts it and uses it for a surprise party; and a story featuring animal characters who use a soap-filled toy car as a weapon, resulting in a chaotic chase scene where the vehicle creates soap suds and ultimately crashes into a larger car on a snowy road.
